Let’s Motivate! To drastically change your mindset and life, change ONE word:

In place of, “I have to.. “
Say, “I get to.. “

I get to climb out of bed.

I get to work out.

I get to make breakfast for my kids.

I get to do the laundry.

I get to call my dad.

I get to go to work.

I get to pay my bills.

I get to face my fears.

I get to try new things.

I get to take risks.

We overcomplicate so much in life.

Shift your perspective with one switch of a word!

You don’t have to. But.. you get to.

Because so many others in this world.. They don’t get to.

Be grateful that you do.

• This pic, though! Talk about motivating 😂 You’re welcome.

Intuition—how to amplify it and, most importantly, how to listen to it. Sometimes, intuition whispers, while other times, it demands our attention.

In this episode, I discuss the connection between the gut, heart, and brain, highlighting how intuition often manifests as that unmistakable “gut feeling.” When these elements align, a powerful sense of “knowing” emerges—a moment of clarity I like to call the “click-in” when you are “in the know”.

Do you ever get mad at yourself for not listening? I share a personal story about a dream that foreshadowed significant life changes, including a move to San Francisco and the end of my marriage. I also recently listened to my gut while on the mountain and it told me to proceed, ultimately avoiding potential avalanches.

It’s crucial to listen to these messages, be in tune with ourselves, and tune out external distractions.

Let this be a reminder that Complacency is the enemy of Intuition. Complacency will kill. Dare to be courageous (Live Boldly!) and trust your gut instinct.

Please, tune in and share this message with your friends!

Don’t forget to check out last week’s episode with Dr. Sylvia and stay tuned for my enlightening conversation with Richard Laver!

Change in life and business can be the most invigorating experience, a reminder that we are never truly rooted to a single spot. People find it hard to believe that 👇

• I am not from California
• And I never wanted to live here

Don’t get me wrong! I love the mountains and ocean today. but I did not want to leave my Wisconsin family or Midwest roots.

What I’ve learned through the years:

When you make the decision to move—whether it’s to a new city, a new home, a new career, or a new state of mind—you open yourself up to a world of fresh opportunities and perspectives.

Each step away from the familiar brings you closer to the unknown, where possibilities are boundless. It’s in this space of change that you discover what you’re truly capable of, adapting to new environments and meeting new people.

MOVING IS MORE THAN A CHANGE OF LOCATION; it’s an act of courage, a leap of faith into the future.

It challenges you to leave behind what no longer serves you and embrace the adventure ahead.

So, if you find yourself feeling stuck or yearning for something different, remember that you have the power to move. You aren’t a tree.

The world is vast, and the journey is yours to shape.

If you could move anywhere, to a new place, a new home, new career, or a new state of mind, where would it be? Comment below👇

It’s estimated that 60% of people in the US report feeling lonely on a regular basis. Is that you?

Loneliness is the feeling of being unfulfilled. Not being seen. Misunderstood. Not supported. Or not feeling valued.

Sometimes the most lonely people are those we may not view as lonely. You may not be able to tell.

They seem happy and content in everyday life. They look good on social media. They give off an air of joy, when in fact, they feel empty inside.

HOW DO WE COMBAT LONELINESS IN THIS WORLD?

By being there for one another.

>> Model for others what it is to be vulnerable and authentic.

>> Take a pause and ask how others are feeling (not simply doing.)

>> Be willing to break down barriers and create connections.

Most importantly, remember that if you are the one feeling lonely, you are not alone.

And you being here, reading this post, is the reminder you needed.

I see you!
